He is the New York Times Bestselling writer of creator-owned comic books such as The Sixth Gun, Harrow County, Bone Parish, The Damned, The Empty Man, Regression, The Ghoul Next Door, Basilisk, and Deluge. He has also written books such as Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe, Uncanny X-Men, X-Men Blue, Magneto, and Asgardians of the Galaxy for Marvel; Sinestro and Lobo for DC; and Shadowman and Punk Mambo for Valiant.

Cullen has written comics for nearly all major comic publishers, including Marvel, DC, Image, Dark Horse, Vault, Valiant, Boom, Oni Press, Titan, IDW, Dynamite, Outland Entertainment, New England Comics, and many others.

He has fought for his life against mountain lions and performed on stage as the World’s Youngest Hypnotist, but these days he lives in Missouri with his wife and son.
